Five building complex on 26.100 s.m. (6,45 acre) site with 115 flats, a nursery and commercial areas in Stuttgart-Bad Cannstatt. 

Project management and design development, completed drawings (ground-plans, sections and elevations) and updated information from structural calculation, sector planning and expert´s report. Generated site design, detail drawings, communication, file management and structure, client/specialist planners meetings with record, cost calculations, organization and timelines. Attendant planning regarding the new city development plan Hofener/Gnesener Straße (Ca 309/1).  Architect´s Basic Services: schematics, design development and construction documents.
