First prize winning project in an architectural competition in 2010.

New building of a child care center including a caretaker´s apartment 1022 s.m. (10940 s.f.) and renovation of a church for mixed use 790 s.m. (8500 s.f.). Child care center: two-story building with offices, conference room, kitchen, dining room, activities room, group rooms, artist´s workshop, store rooms, lavatories.

Church: three-story building with foyer, café, kitchen, group rooms, offices, multi-purpose rooms, oratory, youth room, store rooms, pantry, lavatories. All Architect’s Basic Services included.
