Six building complex on 5700 s.m. (1.4 acre) site with 91 flats in the city center of Bremen. It was the 1st prize competition-winning project that took part in February 2015.

Design development, completed drawings (ground-plans, sections and elevations) and updated information from structural calculation, sector planning and expert´s report. Generated site design, detail drawings, correspondence, file management, client meetings and organization. Architect´s Basic Services: schematics, design development and construction documents.
