First prize winning project in an architectural competition in 2012. Development of preliminary design, drawings and application for construction permit (floor plans, sections and elevations,) detail drawings, planning documents.

2490 s.m. (26800 s.f.) two-story multiple apartment houses with 12 handicapped accessible apartments each of them equipped with one or two bedrooms, living room, kitchen, bathroom, store room.
